My name is Ashley Gleghorn.
I absolutely love being a pianist, teacher, and the owner of Sunrise Prelude Piano Studios! It makes me so happy to help students learn piano and grow in confidence as musicians. I’m all about making lessons fun and personal—every student is different, so I always tailor lessons to fit their unique goals and learning style.
Musical Development
My studio offers a program that focuses on developing essential skills such as music theory, rhythm, sight-reading, ear training techniques, and finger and hand coordination to enhance your child's musical abilities.
Personalized Learning
I recognize the uniqueness of every student and, therefore, provide tailored learning experiences. As a student advances, their piano lessons are customized to align with their level and areas of interest. This approach ensures that they remain fully engaged and motivated.
Guidance & Support
As a dedicated pianist, I am committed to providing expert guidance and support to each student. I am passionate about music education and strive to create a nurturing and inspiring environment for students to learn and grow.
In-Home Learning
I’m excited to bring piano lessons directly to you! By teaching in the comfort of your own home, students can learn in a familiar, relaxed setting that supports focus and creativity. I still prioritize high-quality instruction and tailored resources to help each student thrive—no fancy studio required.
Performance Opportunities
Each fall and spring, I aim to host a recital where students can share what they’ve been working on and celebrate their progress with family and friends. While I’m currently exploring new venue options, my goal is to continue offering these meaningful performance opportunities in a welcoming, supportive setting. Recitals help students grow in confidence, gain valuable stage experience, and enjoy the joy of making music together.
